About The Position

We’re hiring a Landscape Maintenance Laborer to join our Oregon Maintenance Division, supporting our Eastside team. This role is hands‑on and leadership-focused. If you are someone who enjoys working outdoors and delivering high‑quality commercial landscape maintenance this might be the role for you.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial landscape maintenance experience
• Strong working knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and equipment
• Ability to lift 50 lbs+ frequently and perform physically demanding outdoor work
• Dependable, safety‑focused, and team‑oriented
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude

Responsibilities

• Work alongside a landscape maintenance crew on commercial properties
• Complete daily tasks and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance including mowing, edging, pruning, clean‑ups, and irrigation checks
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, account managers, and clients as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times
