About The Position

The Commercial Rotation Development Program (CRDP) provides the opportunity for high potential future leaders to gain exposure to critical business functions of our commercial organization. This is accomplished over an approximate 3.5 year period through a mix of field sales and home office rotational assignments. Some examples of potential rotations include: Marketing and Commercial Portfolio, Public Affairs & Access, Pricing, Contracting and Distribution, Patient Access, Data, Digital and Analytics, Population Health, and Health Equity. The rotation assignments are tailored to provide participants with challenging and meaningful assignments, training in both technical and managerial skills and coaching from the Commercial Leadership team.
