Commercial Roofing Waterproofing Laborer
About The Position
Eskola, LLC is hiring a Commercial Roofing Laborer / Apprentice for its Waterproofing Department. The role is full-time and in person, Monday through Friday, with compensation based on qualifications and experience. The company installs commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems and is seeking people ready to learn the commercial waterproofing trade and grow into skilled Waterproofers, Foremen, and other roles. Laborers work alongside experienced crew members on tear-off, repair, and installation projects; learn commercial waterproofing systems and safe work practices; arrive on time with proper tools and personal protective equipment; and follow job-site safety requirements. The position requires working 8- to 12-hour shifts, including weekdays and weekends, and comfort working at heights, on ladders, and in varying weather conditions. Hiring is conditional on successfully completing a background check and drug screen. Eskola offers trade-specific training, opportunities to grow within the company, and company-provided tools and equipment as needed. Requirements
- Willingness to learn and work hard as part of a crew.
- Ability to work 8- to 12-hour shifts, weekdays and weekends.
- Comfort working at heights, on ladders, and in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen as a condition of hire.
Nice To Haves
- Prior commercial roofing or construction experience.
- OSHA-10 hour certification.
- Specialized training in crane, forklift, aerial lift, rigging, or CERTA.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Bilingual fluency.
