Commercial Roofing Waterproofing Laborer
About The Position
Eskola, LLC is hiring a full-time, in-person Commercial Roofing Laborer / Apprentice for its Waterproofing Department. The company installs commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and Southeastern U.S. and is seeking people ready to learn the commercial waterproofing trade and grow into skilled Waterproofers, Foremen, and other roles. Laborers work alongside experienced crew members on tear-off, repair, and installation work while learning commercial waterproofing systems and safe work practices. The role is based on qualifications and experience and follows a Monday–Friday schedule, though the position requires the ability to work 8- to 12-hour shifts on weekdays and weekends. Employees must arrive on time with proper tools and personal protective equipment and follow all job-site safety requirements.
Requirements
- Willingness to learn and work hard as part of a crew.
- Ability to work 8- to 12-hour shifts on weekdays and weekends.
- Comfort working at heights, on ladders, and in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen as a condition of hire.
Nice To Haves
- Prior commercial roofing or construction experience.
- OSHA-10 hour certification.
- Specialized training in crane, forklift, aerial lift, rigging, or CERTA.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Bilingual fluency.
