About The Position

Quality Service Roofing (QRS), a partner of Bone Dry Roofing, is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Technician to evaluate commercial properties, perform service inspections, and complete repairs that keep roofing systems operating safely and efficiently. This field-based role involves local travel in a company-provided vehicle. The technician troubleshoots issues, recommends practical service solutions, and repairs low-slope roofing systems while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism. The position contributes to dependable service, accurate repair results, and customer confidence.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Overtime is required as business demands. From April through October, the technician also works two Saturdays per month; 10–12-hour days are common during peak season.

Requirements

• At least two years of commercial roofing experience.
• One to two years of repair experience.
• Working knowledge of low-slope roofing assemblies.
• Ability to climb ladders and work comfortably at heights.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Must work overtime as business demands and two Saturdays per month from April through October.
