Commercial Roofing Service Technician
About The Position
Quality Service Roofing (QRS), a partner of Bone Dry Roofing, is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Technician to join its team. The company has served customers since 1989 in roofing, gutter, and masonry repair and replacement. This field-based role involves local travel in a company-provided vehicle to evaluate commercial properties, conduct service inspections, troubleshoot roofing issues, recommend service solutions, and perform repairs on low-slope roofing systems. The technician is expected to deliver accurate, dependable repairs and maintain high standards of quality, professionalism, and customer support. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Overtime is required as business demands. From April through October, the role also requires work on two Saturdays per month; peak-season days are commonly 10–12 hours.
Requirements
- At least two years of commercial roofing experience.
- One to two years of repair experience.
- Working knowledge of low-slope roofing assemblies.
- Ability to climb ladders and work comfortably at heights.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Available to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with overtime as business demands and two Saturdays per month from April through October.
