About The Position

Nutec Roofing, a partner of Bone Dry Roofing, is hiring a field-based Commercial Roofing Service Technician. The role involves local travel in a company-provided vehicle to evaluate commercial properties, conduct service inspections, troubleshoot roofing issues, recommend practical service solutions, and complete repairs on low-slope roofing systems. The technician is expected to deliver accurate, dependable repairs while maintaining high standards of quality, professionalism, and customer support.

The position follows an on-site schedule, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Overtime is required as business demands, and two Saturdays per month are scheduled from April through October. During peak season, workdays commonly last 10–12 hours. Compensation is $18–$30 per hour depending on experience.

Requirements

• At least two years of commercial roofing experience.
• One to two years of repair experience.
• Working knowledge of low-slope roofing assemblies.
• Ability to climb ladders and work comfortably at heights.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with overtime as business demands and two Saturdays per month from April through October.
