About The Position
TeamCraft Roofing is hiring a Commercial Roofing Laborer (Service Helper) to assist with local commercial and industrial roofing repairs and re-roofing projects. The position offers the opportunity to work near home for a growing, family-owned company with a national presence and opportunities for promotion from within. TeamCraft is a safety-first company serving retail, industrial, educational, and governmental customers. New hires undergo background checks, drug tests, and motor vehicle record checks before an offer is extended. Pay is $18–$22 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated skills. Medical and dental insurance are available for full-time positions.

- Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks.

Responsibilities
- Perform general cleanup, sweeping, and debris removal throughout projects.
- Clean work areas and equipment as needed throughout projects.
- Remove snow, water, or debris from roofs before roofing materials are applied.
- Unload materials and tools from work trucks.
- Sweep and clean roofs to prepare them for new roofing materials.
- Remove old roofing materials.
- Clear drains and downspouts and clean gutters.
- Set ladders, scaffolds, and hoists in place to move supplies to roofs.
- Assist skilled roofers with installing and repairing roofs, flashings, and surfaces.
