About The Position
TeamCraft Roofing is hiring a Commercial Roofing Laborer (Service Helper) for local commercial and industrial roofing repairs and re-roofing projects. The position involves supporting skilled roofers and preparing and maintaining work areas, roofs, equipment, and materials. Work is local to the area, and the company promotes from within. Pay is $18–$22 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated skills. Medical and dental insurance are available for full-time positions.

Responsibilities
- Perform general cleanup, sweeping, and debris removal throughout projects.
- Clean work areas and equipment as needed throughout projects.
- Remove snow, water, or debris from roofs before roofing materials are applied.
- Unload materials and tools from work trucks.
- Sweep and clean roofs to prepare them for new roofing materials.
- Remove old roofing materials.
- Clear drains and downspouts, and clean gutters.
- Set ladders, scaffolds, and hoists in place to transport supplies to roofs.
- Assist skilled roofers with installing and repairing roofs, flashings, and surfaces.
