Commercial Roofing Foreman
About The Position
Commercial & Residential Roofing contractor operating across Ohio is seeking a Commercial Roofing Foreman. You will be responsible for the supervision of your crew on all aspects of commercial roofing projects, ensuring health and safety standards are met to a high standard. Strong organizational skills will be necessary as you will be responsible for coordinating and record-keeping of deliveries, materials, and equipment needed for the project. To set you up for success, this contractor will provide a company truck, fuel coverage, as well as employee benefits like medical and dental insurance, PTO, and 401(k) company match.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ in a commercial roofing foreman position
- Hands-on experience with TPO, PVC, and EPDM systems
- Ability to manage crews and be on the roof if the project requires additional hands
- Valid clean driver's license
- Ability to occasionally travel for projects out of town
