Requirements

Responsibilities

• Repairs, replaces, and installs roofs on commercial buildings.
• Climbing, working at heights, lifting, bending, learning/performing carpentry skills, working on knees, working safely with chemicals, working under various weather conditions, using tools and equipment safely.
• Ability to complete basic roofing details including: pipe flashings, roof curbs and wall flashings on a variety of roofing systems including single-ply, asphaltic, metal and shingles.
• Ability to complete basic sheet metal details including the installation of metal edging, coping caps, gutters, and scuppers.
• Responsible for daily organization of Service vehicles, materials and tools.
• Must be physically able to complete work duties, be on time and reliable.
• A willingness to work outdoors during normal work hours.
