About The Position

Tecta America South Florida is a commercial roofing contractor based in Deerfield Beach, Florida, providing repair and replacement services for commercial, industrial, and institutional roofs. The company is hiring an experienced commercial roofer mechanic for Dade and Broward counties. The role pays starting at $20 per hour, with pay potentially increasing based on experience, and offers sign-on and referral bonuses. Roofers work outdoors on flat roofs as part of crews of 5–20 people. The work includes climbing ladders, bending, and using different roofing techniques and tools. Onsite training is provided, with opportunities to advance as employees master the basics. Requirements

At least three years of commercial roofing experience.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening.
A driver's license is required.
Must be comfortable working outdoors in extreme weather conditions and at heights.
Must be able to regularly lift more than 50 pounds and perform repeated bending, ladder climbing, and kneeling.
Must be willing to work as part of a team.
