Requirements

• 1–3 years of commercial roofing experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions.
• Able to lift more than 50 pounds and repeatedly bend, climb, and kneel.
• Comfortable climbing ladders up to 60 feet and working on roofs.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and climb stairs.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of roofing systems such as EPDM, TPO, PVC, and low-slope systems; the Spanish-language posting says this knowledge is helpful but not required.
• Previous residential and/or commercial roofing or construction experience.
