About The Position
Commercial Roofer with 2 years of experience or more in TPO, EPDM, Standing Seam, Shingles, Built Up, Modified Bitumen, and Coatings. This position is for small production projects and commercial service work. Additional training is offered to assist with advancement. This is a full-time position. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial roofing experience
- Experience with TPO, EPDM, Standing Seam, Shingles, Built Up, Modified Bitumen, and Coatings
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have transportation to the office(s)

- Deliver a quality roof using standardized work
- Solve problems as they occur
- Keep work area in 5S standard
- Safely perform standardized work
- Continuously improve the process
- Be at the job every scheduled day.
- Work well with the crew/assist fellow roofers when possible
