About The Position
Seeking experienced commercial roofers for various projects. This role involves all aspects of commercial roofing installation and maintenance, with a strong emphasis on quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Jurisdictionally appropriate Contractor's License or Trade License.
- General Liability Insurance.
- Worker's Comp Insurance.
Responsibilities
- Tearoff and replacement of plywood decking as needed.
- Application of synthetic underlayment/water shield.
- Installation of TPO, Modified Bitumen, PVC, and Coatings.
- Adherence to manufacturer's best practices for commercial roofing materials.
- Ensuring OSHA compliance on all job sites.
- Jobsite cleanup with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
