Requirements

OSHA 10 hour training (minimum) (or ability to obtain)
Ability to follow directions and pay attention to details
Pass initial drug test and participate in random drug test program
Ability to perform elevated work (work on rooftops, heights)
Bending, kneeling, walking, lifting, carrying (up to 75lbs) (Daily)
Outdoor environment in all types of weather (8+ hours per day)
Valid transportation required to report to job sites
Relocate before starting work (Required)
All individuals who accept an offer of employment are required to complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Nice To Haves

1-5+ years experience in construction or roofing (preferred)
Able to obtain security clearance on military job sites (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Set-up, maintain, and clean-up project sites to ensure safe work practices and OSHA compliance at all times
Efficiently measure and cut project materials
Install various roofing materials (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modbit to construct a weatherproof roof for our customers
Properly manage all assigned tools, equipment, and material
Report any safety concerns immediately, stopping work if necessary for safety
Report to job on-time, ready to work, asking for clarification and assistance as needed
Adhere to standards of conduct and company policies at all times
