About The Position

Tradesmen International is hiring Commercial Roofers and Roofing Laborers for projects in or around Center, North Dakota. This is a first-shift opportunity paying up to $28 per hour, based on experience and skill level. The role supports an established commercial PVC roofing crew and involves moving and staging materials, assisting with insulation installation and fastening, performing general roofing and construction labor, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. Work takes place outdoors and may include snow removal and site maintenance.

Requirements

• Basic roofing or construction experience.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work.
• Ability to lift and carry roofing materials throughout the shift.
• Dependability and punctuality.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Strong commitment to teamwork and jobsite safety.
• Willingness to work outdoors in changing weather conditions.
• Workers with roofing experience should bring applicable hand tools.

Nice To Haves

• Commercial roofing, flat roofing, PVC membrane, or insulation experience.

Responsibilities

• Support an established commercial PVC roofing crew.
• Move, stage, and position roofing materials throughout the jobsite.
• Assist with insulation installation and fastening.
• Handle and transport materials safely and efficiently.
• Perform general roofing and construction labor duties.
• Collect debris and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Remove snow and assist with site maintenance as needed.
• Follow all jobsite safety procedures and project requirements.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
