About The Position

F.J.A. Christiansen, a Tecta America Company, is hiring a Commercial Roofing Laborer in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role involves installing and repairing roofs using commercial roofing systems, including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope systems such as tile and shingles. Work is performed in a field environment and requires attention to manufacturer specifications and safety.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be able to work well in a team setting.
• Be able to work outside in extreme weather conditions.
• Be able to lift 50+ pounds and perform repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling.
• Be comfortable climbing ladders up to 60 feet and working on a roof.
• Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.

• Valid driver's license preferred.
