Pasadena Insurance Agency is seeking a high-performing B2B salesperson and relationship builder to establish a long-term career as a Commercial Risks Producer. While insurance experience is not a prerequisite, the agency prioritizes a candidate's ability to prospect, build relationships, develop a network, and secure new business. This role offers the opportunity to build a substantial recurring book of business over time, unlike traditional sales positions with annual scoreboards. The agency provides insurance knowledge, market access, technical resources, and account support, while the producer contributes relationships, sales ability, and drive.

Responsibilities

Develop new commercial business throughout the Houston market
Prospect through relationships, referrals, networking and direct outreach
Meet with business owners and senior decision-makers
Develop referral relationships with bankers, attorneys, CPAs and other professionals
Learn commercial property & casualty insurance and risk management
Work alongside experienced insurance professionals to develop solutions for clients
Build and maintain a long-term portfolio of commercial accounts
