Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Minimum of 3+ years in sales, with a proven track record of success in commercial insurance.
Proficiency in Epic software preferred.
Hunter mentality with a strong drive to succeed.
Determined and disciplined approach to sales.
Coachable and open to feedback for continuous improvement.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Expertise in advisory services and a deep understanding of the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage a book of business with a focus on large market accounts, generating revenue between $20,000 and $1 million+.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in property and casualty (P&C) insurance.
Build strong relationships with clients, providing advisory services and tailored insurance solutions.
Collaborate with internal account managers and administrative support teams to ensure seamless client service.
Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Meet or exceed sales targets, with a minimum expectation of pacing for $500,000 in revenue over three years.
