About The Position

A leading firm specializing in commercial real estate is recruiting a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to assist attorneys throughout commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and leasing. Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience focused on commercial real estate transactions.
Strong understanding of commercial leases, purchase agreements, and related documents.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced remote environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
Ability and willingness to be flexible with work hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough due diligence for commercial real estate transactions.
Draft, review, and edit transactional documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and amendments.
Coordinate and manage closing processes.
Organize and maintain electronic files with confidentiality and accuracy.
Assist with title reviews and resolution of title issues.
Monitor critical dates and provide reminders to the legal team.
Assist attorneys with acquisitions, sales, and leasing transactions from inception through closing.
