Requirements

  • Candidates must obtain a Texas Real Estate license
  • Be able to pass a full background check
  • Minimum 3+ years of COMMERCIAL real estate broker experience required

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop relationships with property owners, investors, tenants, and developers to generate new business opportunities
  • Facilitate commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, sales, and acquisitions, by negotiating terms, preparing contracts, and coordinating due diligence
  • Actively network within the industry, attend relevant events, and leverage professional connections to expand business opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline
  • Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and provide clients with data-driven insights on property values, market conditions, and investment opportunities
  • Evaluate commercial properties, assess cash flow, and provide clients with financial projections and investment strategies to maximize profitability
  • Ensure all transactions comply with local, state, and federal real estate regulations and maintain accurate documentation for all deals
  • Active networking and/or prospecting to identify clients and commercial opportunities
  • Support professionals through a commercial purchase, lease, or sale transaction
  • Marketing of commercial opportunities for sale
