About The Position

Requirements

  • Proven experience in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, property sales, or high-ticket B2B sales.
  • Strong knowledge of lease negotiations, contract structures, tenant representation, and landlord representation.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, financial yields, and provide professional investment recommendations.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, results-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Solid understanding of Dubai's commercial real estate landscape, emerging business hubs, and regulations is a distinct advantage.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Sales, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure premium commercial real estate opportunities across Dubai.
  • Work across a diverse portfolio of commercial assets, including offices, retail units, warehouses, showrooms, plots, and entire buildings.
  • Manage the entire deal lifecycle from initial inquiry, property inspections, and complex negotiations to successful closing.
  • Act as a trusted advisor providing data-driven market insights, rental comparisons (RERA index), location analysis, and strategic ROI recommendations.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with institutional investors, landlords, business owners, developers, and external agencies.
  • Define and dominate a specific commercial niche (e.g., industrial, plots, retail, or premium office spaces) to meet sales, leasing, and listing targets.
