Requirements
- Active Colorado real estate license
- 5+ years experience as a commercial real estate broker
- Knowledge of Northern Colorado’s CRE market and trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Commercial MLS software
Responsibilities
- Partner with brokerage team on leasing and sales transactions
- Conduct market research and gather data for marketing and analysis
- Prepare LOIs, proposals, contracts, and marketing materials
- Coordinate tours, inspections, due diligence, and transaction logistics
- Support deal negotiations and client communications
- Maintain transaction records and CRM updates
- Attend industry events to grow your network and market knowledge
