About The Position

Cirrus Asset Management is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of commercial buildings and grounds, following company policies, approved budgets, business plans, and management direction. The position works with the Director of Commercial Division to develop business plans and annual operating budgets focused on revenue growth, cost control, and property leasability. The manager fosters tenant-focused service and relationships, leads the property team, and balances tenant needs with the property’s net operating income. The manager oversees vendor relationships and service quality, pursues cost-containment efforts, manages property risk and safety, and handles post-accident follow-up. The position also serves as a liaison among assigned properties, company management, ownership groups, tenants, and third-party service providers. Support for leasing may include maintaining show-ready spaces, providing lease-negotiation input, and estimating landlord work costs.
