Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
  • 5+ years of prior administrative and operational support, preferably within a commercial organization
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
  • A basic understanding of vendor management
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Support fleet administration, including vehicle assignments, driver safety program oversight, and act as the primary contact for vendor purchase orders and invoices.
  • Support Marketing team in agenda management for Promotional review committee meetings
  • Provide assistance to VP Sales in the execution of field sales meetings
  • Provide administrative support to the SVP and her leadership team. Specific duties include calendar management, meetings and events coordination, expense reporting and travel arrangements
  • Understand the legal and compliance environment and drive collaboration with both teams
  • Assist team leaders with onboarding of new team members
