About The Position

The Commercial & Private Banking Sales Enablement Analyst plays a pivotal role in advancing the bank’s sales strategy through data‑driven insights and operational excellence. The role is responsible for ensuring data quality across sales pipelines, optimizing CRM usage, and maintaining banker scorecards that provide senior leadership with timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications with an emphasis on PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance sales dashboards, scorecards, and reporting packages for senior leadership, managers and bankers.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity across sales pipelines, forecasting tools, and CRM records.
  • Analyze pipeline trends, sales productivity metrics, and client segment behavior to surface insights and opportunities.
  • Produce recurring and ad‑hoc analytics that support strategic planning, targeting, and performance reviews.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support team and organizational objectives.
  • Uses independent judgement and discretion to make decisions.
  • Analyzes and resolves problems pertaining to.
  • Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
