About The Position

At Sisense, we aren’t just selling a BI tool; we are helping companies build the next generation of Agentic AI and embedded analytics. As our Sales Enablement Analyst, you will be the engine behind our revenue team’s success. You won’t just manage tools; you will architect the learning experiences and content strategies that allow our AEs, ADRs, and AMs to win in a fast-evolving, developer-first market. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where your work directly translates into shorter sales cycles and more confident, effective reps.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales or Revenue Enablement within a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on, admin-level experience with Seismic, including building logical content structures and driving adoption.
  • Experience building (or significantly revamping) onboarding programs and demonstrating improved "time to first deal."
  • Ability to translate "Product-speak" from engineering into "Value-speak" for sales.
  • Comfortable moving seamlessly between Marketing, Product, and Revenue teams.
  • Thrives in a remote environment and proactively identifies and addresses gaps in the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day administration and long-term governance of Seismic, ensuring our teams have the right "Agentic AI" messaging at their fingertips exactly when they need it.
  • Design and execute an onboarding program that feels less like a classroom and more like a launchpad, helping new Sisensers master our Compose SDK positioning and competitive landscape in record time.
  • Lead ongoing training sessions for AEs, ADRs, and AMs, breaking down complex product updates into digestible, "sellable" insights.
  • Partner with GTM leadership to build an enablement roadmap that isn’t just about "checking boxes," but about driving measurable outcomes like win rates and quota attainment.
