About The Position

Commercial Banking Operations (CBO) is recruiting a Manager, Learning Enablement, to lead a team of Learning Enablement Leads (LEL) who support CBO training needs. As the Manager of Learning Enablement Leads, your role is responsible for supporting LEL’s in their development and maintenance of effective training, delivery and ongoing training material development.

Requirements

  • Strong presentation, facilitation and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a training or coaching capacity
  • Proven people leadership experience
  • Experience in developing training curriculum
  • Aptitude toward learning new software and ability to be self-taught
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision, under pressure and tight deadlines, to maintain a superior level of service

Nice To Haves

  • Learning design experience
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Partner service focused, with a concern for order and quality
  • Knowledge of CBO and National Office

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the coaching and development of a team of Learning Enablement Leads
  • Work with the appropriate stakeholders and LEL’s to establish best practices for the delivery and improvement of learning programs
  • Responsible for the training framework nationally, providing direction and support on training requirements and deliverables.
  • Develop relationships with business partners (CBO leaders, National Office, etc) to support employee development and deliver on strategic priorities.
  • Identify opportunities and gaps in training programs across multiple LOB
