About The Position

The Plumbing Apprentice works alongside licensed plumbing professionals to gain hands-on experience and develop plumbing skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment. The role assists with diagnosing, repairing, and installing residential plumbing systems, clearing and maintaining residential drains, and providing professional customer service. The apprentice is expected to follow applicable state and local plumbing codes, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and collaborate with the team to deliver service.

Requirements

• Apprentice Plumber License or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to maintain a service truck.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs, kneel, crawl, and work in confined spaces.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and comply with a tobacco-free workplace policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed plumbers with diagnosing, repairing, and installing residential plumbing systems.
• Learn to clear and maintain residential drains.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and an organized work environment.
• Ensure all work complies with state and local plumbing codes.
