Responsibilities include, identifying, cultivating, and nurturing prospects through the sales process. Our agency provides the resources and training for you to operate at an industry leading level. Candidates should be self-motivated, tenacious, goal oriented, independent and outgoing. Insurance experience is not a requirement but a background in business to business sales is a plus. Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent required
• Insurance Producer license
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and have an aptitude for learning new programs and procedures
• Team player with a positive, professional attitude
