About The Position

Beanfield is a growing company with over 35 years of experience in connecting people through a robust, independently owned fibre-optic network. They offer fibre-optic internet, VoIP, colocation, data centre, and cloud exchange services for their commercial customer base. The Field Service Coordinator will be part of the service delivery team, ensuring a 'white-glove' experience for customers. This role acts as an integral connection between customers and internal sales and technical teams, focusing on driving processes and meeting timelines and customer expectations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • 2-3 years of related experience in office administration/coordination and/or customer service roles.
  • Knowledge of VOIP, Internet and IPTV.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills in order to multi-task/prioritize and work under tight timelines.
  • Effective written, verbal and listening skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work and act independently using good judgement when assessing difficult situations.
  • Team player with strong personal interpersonal skills and professional manner.
  • Be patient and not react to conflict.
  • Be respectful.
  • Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity.
  • Demonstrate sound work ethics.
  • Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada, as we are unable to sponsor employment visas.

  • Experience with JIRA and SAP an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales organization before and during implementation to ensure that client requirements are clear, and expectations have been set appropriately.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple orders concurrently daily.
  • Provide first call resolution ensuring customer requests, inquiries and concerns are processed and resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Interact with multiple internal departments to push forward the order or escalate when required to ensure that timelines are met.
  • Adherence to processes, policies and objectives related to provisioning of HPBX, VoIP and data products, with an understanding of other Beanfield products.
  • Assist in the creation of customer records and maintain client information using internal systems.
  • Manage customer moves on large enterprise clients.
  • All other duties as assigned.
