About The Position

We’re looking for a Commercial Operations Specialist to help keep our commercial operations running smoothly behind the scenes – with a focus on our distributor networks. This role is primarily based in our San Diego office, with some flexibility to work from home from time to time. You’ll work across teams including Sales, Finance, Customer Services & Distribution, IT, and our distributor network to support day-to-day operations, improve processes, maintain system accuracy, and help solve problems as they come up. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys organizing complex workflows, working with systems and data, and being the person who helps connect the dots across teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an operations, commercial support, or coordination role
  • Experience working with ERP systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Someone who is adaptable, resourceful, and enjoys working collaboratively

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with hospitals, healthcare systems, or healthcare operations
  • Salesforce experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Supporting commercial processes across the sales lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, distributor support, and order-to-cash activities
  • Coordinating with Sales, Customer Services & Distribution, Finance, and external distributor partners to keep operations moving smoothly
  • Helping troubleshoot operational issues and finding practical solutions
  • Maintaining accurate information across systems including Salesforce and ERP platforms
  • Supporting process improvements, system updates, and rollout of new tools or workflows
  • Creating and maintaining process documentation and standard operating procedures
  • Assisting Finance with commission verification activities related to distributor operations
  • Supporting operational readiness for projects like new product launches or system changes
