About The Position
Deliver PMO and Project Management support to facilitate the execution of POVE Commercial Analytics, Data and Commercial Ops initiatives. This includes robust project planning, governance, and reporting to ensure cross-functional teams are coordinated and progress is managed effectively. Key areas of interest include readiness assessment and prioritization, insights & analytics enablement, and commercial operations readiness (customer data, CRM, sampling, territory alignment, and reporting).
Requirements
- Experience in Program Management/Project Management within Commercial Biotech/Pharma
- Resume must showcase Commercial Biotech/Pharma Program Management/Project Management experience
Responsibilities
- Integrated project planning (milestones, dependencies, critical path)
- RAIDD management with clear ownership and mitigation tracking
- Executive-ready weekly status reporting (RAG, risks/issues, decisions)
- Cross-team dependency management and proactive escalation
- Governance cadence and leadership forum support
- Readiness assessment and prioritization
- Supporting early-stage decision-making through proxy signals
- Ensuring foundational capabilities are in place across customer data, CRM, sampling, territory alignment, and reporting
