About The Position

Rockwell Automation is looking for a dynamic marketer to help accelerate business growth through our global partner ecosystem—including Distributors, System Integrators, OEMs, and technology partners. As a leader in industrial automation and digital transformation, we bring together Intelligent Devices, Software & Control, and LifecycleIQ Services to serve multiple markets and customers. You will work with the Channel Marketing Director and cross-functional teams to develop and execute global commercial strategies, driving revenue and market share through the distribution channel. You will also lead planning, budgeting, and delivery of global commercial programs and campaigns, including inbound/outbound marketing, events, sales enablement, training, and other demand generation initiatives.

  • Typically requires 5+ years of experience in B2B commercial marketing, ideally within an industrial or technology environment.
  • Experience managing marketing resources, programs, or teams.
  • Demonstrated capability in distributed marketing or partner/channel marketing.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience developing business cases or forecasting performance.
  • Experience with marketing commercialization for B2B or B2C audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze partner segments, market trends, and Voice of Partner insights to identify growth opportunities and inform channel strategies.
  • Develop and execute channel go‑to‑market plans, including activation of New Product Introductions and management of the Annual Distributor Marketing Plan.
  • Drive multichannel partner engagement strategies across acquisition, enablement, and retention.
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams to align content and execute effective channel campaigns.
  • Build tactical plans to optimize partner marketing platforms, resources, and investments.
  • Support campaign forecasting, KPI planning, and development of business cases for strategic initiatives.
  • Manage reporting frameworks, analyze complex data, and deliver insights to guide decision-making.
  • Coordinate stakeholder interactions and contribute to internal and external networks to support campaign execution.
