As the Commercial Lines Marketing Manager, you will lead the placement and marketing of commercial accounts across multiple industries, collaborating closely with producers, account teams, and carrier partners. You will leverage your deep knowledge of the commercial insurance marketplace, along with your strong carrier partnerships, to negotiate coverage and pricing, guide strategy, and present tailored solutions. Your ability to translate complex commercial risk strategies into compelling proposals will be critical to success. The ideal candidate brings a strong level of experience in the commercial sector, a technical understanding of all property and casualty coverage concepts, and established relationships with carriers. Strong presentation skills are essential, as you will frequently communicate solutions to both internal teams and external partners. This role requires the ability to travel to other Towne offices and carrier locations as needed and to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
