About The Position

Angott Search Group is partnering with a growing financial services organization to identify a detail-oriented and customer-focused Loan Servicing Specialist. This position supports daily commercial loan operations, including payment processing, loan maintenance, escrow administration, and borrower support.

The role processes commercial loan payments, advances, disbursements, and payoffs; maintains loan records and servicing documentation; responds to inquiries; administers escrow accounts; assists with new loan bookings, renewals, and modifications; and conducts post-closing reviews to ensure documentation and system accuracy. The position also works with internal teams to resolve servicing issues and provide customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in banking, commercial lending, or loan servicing.
• Knowledge of ACH processing, escrow administration, and commercial loan documentation.
• Fiserv experience.

Responsibilities

• Process commercial loan payments, advances, disbursements, and payoffs accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain loan records, account balances, and servicing documentation.
• Prepare payoff statements and respond to borrower, lender, and credit union inquiries.
• Process ACH transactions, check deposits, and billing adjustments.
• Monitor loan exceptions, returned payments, and adjustable interest rates.
• Manage escrow accounts, including property tax payments, annual analyses, and reporting.
• Assist with booking new commercial loans, renewals, and modifications.
• Conduct post-closing loan reviews to ensure documentation and system accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve servicing issues and provide excellent customer service.
