About The Position

A sophisticated Manhattan litigation boutique handling complex commercial disputes, arbitration, and regulatory matters, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join their New York City team. This is a strong opportunity for a litigation paralegal who wants meaningful ownership of matters, direct access to attorneys, and broader hands-on experience in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of litigation paralegal experience.
  • Strong hands-on e-discovery experience.
  • Experience supporting depositions, arbitration, trial preparation, or other active litigation proceedings.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
  • A highly proactive working style. You notice what needs to happen next, raise issues early, and follow through without waiting to be prompted.
  • Strong attention to detail and a track record of producing accurate work in deadline-driven environments.
  • Team-oriented mindset and comfort collaborating closely with multiple attorneys.
  • Ability to work in the New York City office Tuesday through Thursday.

Responsibilities

  • Support complex commercial litigation matters from early case development through discovery, depositions, arbitration, trial, and resolution.
  • Take ownership of deadlines, calendars, filings, discovery obligations, and case-related follow-up to keep matters moving.
  • Proactively flag upcoming needs and follow up with attorneys rather than waiting to be assigned every next step.
  • Coordinate e-discovery, document collection, review, production, and case file organization.
  • Prepare materials for depositions, arbitrations, hearings, and trials, including exhibits, binders, witness materials, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with court filings, discovery responses, subpoenas, correspondence, and coordination with opposing counsel, vendors, and other outside parties.
  • Support a varied caseload that may include commercial disputes, plaintiff-side matters, and regulatory or government-related work.
  • Work directly with multiple attorneys and become a trusted member of the case team.

Benefits
