About The Position
Our client is a well-regarded law firm seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its Dallas office. This is a hybrid role offering meaningful responsibility, high-quality work, and a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of commercial litigation experience and be comfortable handling complex business disputes from inception through resolution. This role provides direct client exposure, hands-on litigation experience, and the opportunity to grow within a respected practice.
Requirements
- 2+ years of commercial or business litigation experience
- Strong background in breach of contract, fiduciary duty, and business dispute matters
- Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
- Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- 3+ years of commercial litigation experience
Responsibilities
- Handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including: Breach of contract, Breach of fiduciary duty, Business and partnership disputes
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Participate in hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
- Collaborate with partners and litigation teams on case strategy
