About The Position

Aligned Talent Acquisition is seeking experienced Commercial Litigation Associate Attorneys for opportunities with Am Law 100, Am Law 200, regional, and boutique law firms throughout Ohio, including Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton, and Toledo. This role involves representing businesses in sophisticated commercial disputes. The practice area is in high demand across Ohio law firms, offering opportunities from regional firms to nationally recognized Am Law firms. Requirements

2–8 years of commercial litigation experience
Experience handling complex business disputes in state and federal courts
Experience with contract disputes, shareholder litigation, business torts, restrictive covenant matters, fraud claims, or financial services litigation
Experience drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, briefs, and discovery
Experience taking and defending depositions, attending mediations, and preparing cases for trial
Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
Ability to independently manage matters while providing exceptional client service
Excellent academic credentials
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
Ohio bar admission required or ability to become admitted
