About The Position

Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 6 years of experience for our Uniondale office. Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Must have an active NY state bar license.
Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience in the commercial law (contract disputes, partnership disputes, bankruptcy litigation, class actions, securities litigation, consumer protection) practice group while in NY.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support litigation efforts.
Manage e-discovery receipt, review and productions.
Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and motions.
Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to develop and execute case strategies.
Participate in court appearances, hearings, and negotiations.
Establish and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and advocacy.
