The firm is currently seeking an associate lawyer with approximately 2 or more years of relevant experience in commercial law. On a day-to-day basis, the selected candidate will work on stimulating and diverse files related to various industries, serving a sophisticated clientele. Requirements
- Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar with approximately 2 years of relevant experience in commercial law
- Autonomy, proactivity, and rigor
- Professionalism, resourcefulness, and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate various types of contracts
- Work on diverse mandates related to different industries
- Be involved in transaction closings
- Act as an advisor and partner both internally and externally in matters of commercial law
