About The Position

Commercial Litigation Associate Cleveland, Ohio | Hybrid 3–8 Years Experience $190,000–$320,000 At Aligned Talent Acquisition, we’re always looking to connect with talented Commercial Litigation Associates interested in opportunities with AmLaw and nationally recognized law firms in the Cleveland market. We regularly partner with firms seeking attorneys with experience handling sophisticated commercial litigation matters and are continuously building relationships with strong litigators who may be open to confidential conversations about current or upcoming opportunities. Associates in these roles may work on matters involving: Complex business disputes Contract litigation Shareholder and partnership disputes Class action and product liability matters Commercial arbitration Healthcare and regulated industry litigation These opportunities often offer significant responsibility, direct client interaction, and the ability to work closely with experienced litigation teams on sophisticated matters.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of commercial litigation experience
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Deposition, discovery, and motion practice experience

Nice To Haves

• Experience at an AmLaw, regional, or respected mid-size firm preferred
• Ohio bar admission preferred or ability to waive in
