About The Position

A leading national law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Miami office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing public and private companies, financial institutions, and other sophisticated clients in complex commercial disputes.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of commercial litigation experience
  • Experience in state and federal court litigation
  • Ability to manage matters independently
  • Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
  • Florida bar admission required or ability to become admitted

Nice To Haves

  • Experience handling business disputes, contract litigation, shareholder disputes, fraud claims, and other complex commercial litigation matters preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Representing public and private companies, financial institutions, and other sophisticated clients in complex commercial disputes.
  • Handling business disputes, contract litigation, shareholder disputes, fraud claims, and other complex commercial litigation matters.
  • Managing pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and trial preparation.
  • Direct client interaction and meaningful responsibility.
  • Working collaboratively within a team environment.
