About The Position

The Commercial Lines Client Service Manager assists producers and clients in maintaining commercial lines insurance coverage. The role processes and invoices policies, endorsements, audits, and cancellations, and provides technical support to Marketing Executives and Producers. It also involves gathering information from staff and clients, following agency procedures, and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients. There are no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

• An active Property and Casualty license is required; the company will help the candidate obtain licensure if needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• Repeated use of sight to read documents and computer screens.
• Repeated use of hearing and speech to communicate by telephone and in person.
• Repetitive hand movements, such as keyboarding, writing, and using a 10-key.
• Ability to walk, bend, sit, reach, and stretch in all directions.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of experience in property and casualty servicing.
• Applied Epic experience; knowledge of a similar Account Management System (AMS) is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare endorsement requests for submission to insurance carriers.
• Follow up on receipt of endorsements to existing policies.
• Process endorsements, including invoicing and delivery to clients.
• Process audits, including verification of rates, exposures, and prior premiums.
• Handle and process cancellations and billing issues.
• Communicate with staff and clients to gather information needed for policy changes.
• Follow agency procedures.
• Provide technical support to Marketing Executives and Producers as needed.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
