The Commercial Lines Assistant provides critical back-office and processing support to the commercial insurance sales team, enabling producers and account managers to spend more time on client relationships and new business. This is a non-client-facing role supporting general commercial lines across all lines of business. It centers on preparing and maintaining ACORD applications and supplemental forms, managing the renewal and quoting workflow across carrier portals, coordinating billing and payment follow-up, and organizing files to keep the pipeline moving efficiently. All client-facing correspondence is prepared for producer or account-manager review and sending. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working across multiple carrier systems and Salesforce, and able to manage a high volume of time-sensitive tasks with accuracy.
