About The Position
We are looking for a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to join an outstanding insurance agency in Kingsburg, CA. This position is responsible for supporting the Producer in all administrative aspects of commercial insurance.
Requirements
- Must have 1-2+ years of experience in the insurance industry specifically in the area of commercial lines
- You are strongly knowledgeable of insurance terminology
- You currently have your Property & Casualty License
- You have excellent customer service, communication, and telephone skills
- High school diploma required

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily service requirements on assigned book of business
- Binding coverage and confirming with client, Billing, Certificates, Change requests and audit processing, Review of policies and coverage breakdowns
- Market renewal business and assists producer in the marketing of new business as assigned
- Independently respond to correspondence, telephone, and in-person inquiries from insureds regarding coverage, policy changes, and related matters
- Assist in new and renewal proposals
