About The Position

A leading insurance brokerage in San Francisco is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join the team! This role offers significant growth opportunities within a supportive and collaborative work environment. This position offers a fully remote schedule, with all necessary equipment provided. MUST be willing to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours. We are currently only reviewing candidates located in PST & CST time zones.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager
Active Property & Casualty license
Demonstrated proficiency with EPIC is required, insurance agency management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, carrier websites, and other relevant software
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, coupled with excellent organizational abilities
Experience in managing a general book of small to midsize commercial accounts

Deliver an unparalleled customer experience, fostering positive and lasting client interactions.
Cultivate strong client relationships built on trust and professionalism.
Accurately and efficiently process certificates, notices of cancellations, and change requests/endorsements.
Handle requests for information and documentation with precision and promptness.
Prepare applications for submission, utilizing underwriting information provided by producers.
Proactively follow up with markets to secure timely and competitive quotations.
