About The Position
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager/Account Specialist to join a growing team. As part of a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will play a key role in managing small and middle-market commercial lines accounts, including restaurants, contractors, manufacturing, dental offices, and large habitational books.
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
- Minimum of 1+ year of commercial lines account management experience in an agency setting required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
Nice To Haves
- 3+ years of experience preferred
- Proficiency in EPIC software is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage a generalist book of small and middle-market commercial lines accounts, primarily under $100,000 in premium
- Handle quoting for new and renewal business
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction
- Utilize EPIC software for account management tasks (experience preferred but not required)
