About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is pivotal in managing and servicing a book of business consisting of middle-market accounts ranging from $25,000 to $300,000 in premium size. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial insurance, exceptional organizational skills, and a client-focused mindset.

Requirements

Active insurance license required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to client needs.
Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.

Nice To Haves

3-5 years preferred experience in commercial lines insurance.
Proficiency in EPIC software is highly desirable.
Additional certifications or training in insurance is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage and service a book of business consisting of middle-market commercial accounts.
Handle quoting for new and renewal business as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client service and satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the EPIC software system.
Provide support for non-licensed administrative tasks as required.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
